How I Motivate Myself To Go To The Gym

Finding the motivation to workout is not always easy. Some days we’re into it, some days we’re not. Once you know why you’re doing it, it becomes compelling. But on the days my mindset is not on a high frequency, I push myself to get in the zone.

For extra motivation, sometimes I look at my old photos and see how much I’ve accomplished. The results always drive me to keep going.

You have to be committed to your goals. Though, it’s not always easy. But even if you do a little, it’s better than doing nothing. Stay consistent. No one else will push you but you.
