because it’s always the little things

... Read moreIn my personal experience, embracing these unspoken rules can transform how you relate with your partner every day. One rule that stood out for me was the importance of actually talking about what bothers you. I used to say "it's fine" even when I was upset, which only created silent walls between us. Once I started addressing issues within 24 hours, I noticed fewer cold silences and less frustration. Another key insight was to react only to your partner’s actions, not past experiences with exes. I had the habit of spiraling over delayed replies because of prior relationship baggage. Pausing and evaluating the situation in the present helped me respond more fairly and kindly. Checking in with my emotions before reacting also proved invaluable. Sometimes mood swings or hunger cloud my judgment. Using apps like vent now or journaling helps me stay grounded in those moments. I also learned never to joke about my partner’s insecurities. Even light teasing disguised as humor can hurt more than you think, especially if they laugh to hide their true feelings. Finally, effort in a relationship should feel mutual and not transactional. Constantly tallying who did what creates tension. It’s best to show genuine care and appreciate the little things your partner naturally does. By focusing on these subtle yet powerful practices, everyday interactions become opportunities for connection rather than conflict. Because, as the saying goes, it’s always the little things that build a lasting love.

small things that increase feminine energy 💋
Sometimes I struggle with feeling feminine. When I younger I use to think femininity had to do with long hair, soft features, super girly clothes, being flirty & at the time I had none of that. I was a “TomBoy” and when I exited that stage of my life I felt like I was in limbo. But naturally As

I will always stay quiet.
I hate when I over share things, because I don’t want to seem like a attention getter - or someone who’s just trying to victimize themselves for other people’s pity. I always end up regretting it after, and then I just shut up and don’t say anything anymore. #fyp #foryou #aesthetic #Lemo
