Journaling prompt
I’ve been working on getting into midday journaling as a way to keep from getting that afternoon slump. Especially after a rough morning. So this is a quick and easy prompt that I found on an online article laying out the benefit of pausing/reflecting during the day.
Prompt:

2) What can I do for myself in this moment?
3) Are there things about my current routine that I would like to change?
