Ratio Night is a course menu for bakeries that do not have the opportunity to provide bread to customers personally, and want to convey the depth and charm of bread, and to experience that the taste changes depending on the temperature range depending on the type of bread.
Ratio Night incorporates the atmosphere of the space and performances by live performers so that you can enjoy it with your five senses.
It is also a valuable time as a craftsman who can convey the feelings of the maker by explaining each item and how to eat it.
