Ratio Night is a course menu for bakeries that do not have the opportunity to provide bread to customers personally, and want to convey the depth and charm of bread, and to experience that the taste changes depending on the temperature range depending on the type of bread.
Ratio Night incorporates the atmosphere of the space and performances by live performers so that you can enjoy it with your five senses.
It is also a valuable time as a craftsman who can convey the feelings of the maker by explaining each item and how to eat it.

私も先日、BAKERY GOLDEN RATIOの「レシオナイト」に参加し、その魅力を存分に味わいました。 このイベントは、ただパンを食べるだけでなく、職人がパンを焼く現場を見ながら、そのパンに合わせた温度や食べ方を教えてもらえるため、パンの深い味わいや香りをより感じられる貴重な体験でした。全6品のおまかせコースで一つ一つのパンの特徴が丁寧に説明され、パン好きならずとも満足できる内容です。 また、生演奏による心地よい音楽が流れる会場の雰囲気も格別で、視覚・聴覚・味覚・嗅覚・触覚の五感すべてで楽しむことができました。さらに、写真撮影も自由で、パンを焼いている職人さんの姿や美しいパンの数々を思い出として残せるのも嬉しいポイントです。 駐車場も完備されているためアクセスも良く、仙台市地下鉄南北線北仙台駅から徒歩9分の好立地。完全予約制なので、参加希望の方は早めの予約がおすすめです。現金のみの支払い、禁煙の環境も快適でした。 パン好きの方には特におすすめですが、普段なかなか味わえないパンの奥深さや作り手の想いを感じたい方にもぴったりのイベント。ぜひ一度足を運んで、五感で味わうパンの魅力に浸ってみてください。
