Something happened to me yesterday that reminded me why I lead the way I do.

I’m part of several affiliate marketing companies. Why? Because building multiple streams of income isn’t greedy — it’s smart. 💼✨

But in one of those communities, a so-called leader decided to throw shade at another company publicly. I couldn’t scroll past that. I spoke up — kindly but clearly — because tearing others down isn’t leadership, it’s insecurity dressed up as authority.

The reward? A swift removal from the group. 🚪😂

But here’s the truth: I’ll never regret choosing integrity over inclusion.

There’s more than enough success to go around — and the leaders who understand that are the ones who’ll still be standing when the noise fades. 🌴💛
