✨Ingredients

-1 clean glass jar

-Fresh garlic cloves (enough to fill the jar)

-Raw honey (to fill the jar to the top)

-2 teaspoons dried thyme (or a few sprigs fresh thyme)

✨Instructions

-Peel and lightly crush the garlic cloves, then place them into your clean jar.

-Add the thyme.

-Pour raw honey over the garlic and thyme until the jar is completely full.

-Seal the jar and let it sit for 4–6 weeks. Store it in a sunny window or a warm spot, and gently shake or flip the jar each day so the ingredients stay mixed.

-After it’s ready, you can take a spoonful of the honey, eat a clove of garlic, or even stir it into tea.
