8 months pregnant and still hustling! 🙆🏻♀️
Some days, I honestly don’t know how I do it.
I’m 8 months pregnant, with a 2.5-year-old toddler who’s full of energy, running around from morning till night.
At the same time, I’m managing a company with nearly 20 staff, 5 vehicles, and 2 offices.
I’m a wife, a daughter, and a funeral director — a role that carries both emotional and physical weight every single day.
It’s not glamorous. It’s exhausting.
But every time my little boy looks at me working hard — the way his eyes light up with curiosity and pride — it reminds me why I keep going.
I want him to grow up knowing that strength doesn’t mean doing it all alone,
It means doing it with love, purpose, and grit.
To every mum out there trying to balance a million roles — you are seen, you are enough, and you are powerful. 💪💞

Being eight months pregnant comes with its own unique set of experiences and challenges. As the baby grows and movement becomes more pronounced, managing daily tasks can require adjustments and prioritization. For many expectant mothers like me, maintaining energy while caring for a toddler and running a business means focusing on self-care and listening to your body. During this late stage of pregnancy, symptoms like frequent fatigue, backaches, and increased emotional sensitivity are common. It’s important to incorporate gentle exercises designed for eight-month pregnancy, such as prenatal yoga or simple stretching, which can help alleviate discomfort and improve mood. I find strength in small moments, like my son’s shining eyes when he sees me working hard or getting ready to share my day live. It reminds me that balancing motherhood and career is not about perfection but about showing resilience and teaching my child the value of persistence. Managing childcare leave claims and preparation for childbirth are practical concerns around this time. It’s helpful to understand local policies and plan accordingly to ensure smooth transitions post-delivery. Equally valuable is learning about traditional and modern ways of managing childbirth, which can offer additional support and options for expectant mothers. Breastfeeding education, such as resources available through ELIZ programs, is another area I am exploring. Preparing ahead empowers me to nourish my baby while continuing to pursue my entrepreneurial goals. Ultimately, this journey is about embracing every role with compassion for myself and those I love. To all mums balancing many hats – your effort is meaningful, and your story inspires others on the same path.
