I hate Cardio, but this rocks! One of my fav full body workouts. Super Underated

Read moreIf you want an effective cardio workout that’s easy on your joints but still gets your heart pumping, stair climbing combined with bodyweight exercises like push-ups is an excellent choice. I love the 'High Step Up' move because it targets your legs, glutes, and core while being low impact. It’s a great alternative to traditional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) if you want to avoid injury or joint pain. You don't need fancy equipment either—just a sturdy chair or table will do. Start with 20-30 reps of step-ups, adding push-ups in between to engage your upper body. This combo not only burns calories but helps build strength throughout your entire body. What’s amazing is how quickly you’ll notice improvements in your cardiovascular fitness. Maintaining about 70% of your max heart rate during moderate intensity ensures you stay in the fat-burning zone without overexertion. Plus, since it’s simple and flexible, you can squeeze this workout in even on busy days or while traveling. Give it a try — it’s truly underrated and has become one of my go-to routines for staying fit with no excuses!
