change brings awareness
its so true tho, when you heal and unbecoming things you seek out better company.
When I've experienced significant personal changes, especially through healing from past wounds and letting go of negative habits or relationships, I've noticed a remarkable shift in my awareness and social connections. Change brings awareness by encouraging introspection; as you evaluate your own emotions and patterns, you become clearer about what you need from others. For me, healing meant recognizing toxic friendships and gradually seeking out those who align with my renewed values and energy. One thing I've realized is that unbecoming—shedding layers of false identity or habits that no longer serve you—is a vital part of this process. It’s not just about adding new positive things but removing what hinders growth. This process naturally filters your social circle, as you gravitate toward people who nourish your well-being rather than drain it. This journey isn’t always straightforward. It requires vulnerability and sometimes loneliness, but it ultimately leads to connections with others that are more authentic and supportive. Additionally, being aware of your own evolution allows you to communicate your needs better, creating deeper and more meaningful relationships. Overall, embracing change and the awareness it brings has improved how I relate to myself and others, making my community stronger and more fulfilling.
