Here's a delicious recipe for crab-stuffed shrimp:

Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp (16-20 count), peeled and deveined

1 cup lump crab meat,

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or plain)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)

1 tablespoon Hot sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or melted butter for drizzling

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Shrimp:

Place the shrimp on a cutting board. Use a knife to carefully slice them down the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through. Gently open them like a book.

Make the Stuffing:

In a mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined. Add the lump crab meat and fold gently into the mixture.
