I have 26 days to sell everything I own… and this is getting harder than I expected
do you think I can actually pull this off?

Selling everything you own in less than a month can honestly be overwhelming. From my experience, the biggest challenge is dealing with big-ticket items that just don’t seem to find a buyer easily. For example, I had some furniture and a mattress that I kept trying to sell, but they remained unsold for weeks. It felt discouraging, especially as the days kept ticking down. One thing that helped was staging the items nicely and taking clear photos to post online. Highlighting the condition and any unique features helped attract some inquiries. However, I quickly realized flexibility in pricing is crucial. Sometimes, if something isn’t selling, lowering the price slightly—even if it feels like a loss—can speed up the process and reduce stress. Dealing with constant negotiation also became a daily grind. Buyers ask tons of questions about dimensions, usage, and condition. It’s important to respond promptly but also set clear boundaries on how low you’re willing to go. Trying to keep your sanity during a major life reset like this means remembering why you’re selling everything in the first place and focusing on the end goal. Lastly, be prepared for a mental toll. I found myself exhausted and doubting if I could pull it off, but pushing through helped me reach the finish line. Organizing these sales parallel with packing and moving logistics can feel chaotic, but with persistence and a good system for posting and tracking items, it is possible to sell nearly everything within a tight timeframe.
