A nicu nurse is so very heart heavy, if you choose that just make sure your heart and mind are in it fully because that’s what those baby’s need 🩷

Just make sure if you do Nicu that your heart is 100% in it. We had a couple of AMAZING nurses, but most of our nurses sucked. A 26 day stay with almost new nurses every shift = just under 50 nurses because we had some repeats, and I remember like 3 of them being exceptional.
