Even baddies get saddies!
It's common to think that 'baddies' or those who seem strong and unshakeable never face moments of sadness or vulnerability. From my experience, everyone's human emotions run deep, regardless of how tough they look on the outside. Many people often hesitate to show their true feelings because of the fear of appearing weak, especially if they have built a reputation of being 'baddies.' But I've learned that even the strongest among us go through tough times and get sad too. Acknowledging these feelings openly can actually empower us. When we accept that sadness is natural and part of life, it helps reduce the stigma around mental health. I find it helpful to share these moments with close friends or write down my thoughts — it offers relief and perspective. Embracing these low moments allows us to build resilience and find deeper connections with others who experience the same feelings. Remember, being a 'baddie' doesn’t mean being unbreakable; it means being authentic and balanced in all emotions.
