Ingredients:

1 avocado, sliced Instructions:

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

I just made this and it was delicious! 👌😋 This is definitely a keeper. We love sauce in this family so after I took the chicken out of the pan, I added the marinade and made a nice sauce to pour over the chicken. Instead of rice I used cauliflower which was also delicious. Great recipe! Thank you 🤗
