If you’re on a diet should you stay away from the avocado? Also I went to Chipotle and got the chicken bowl with black beans on the side, veggies and the brown rice, corn salsa and cheese. I looked at the calories and chicken is 180 and the beef was way less. I thought red meat was higher in calories? I’m so lost!
