Sometimes we get so caught up in the arts of us we don’t love, that we forget to notice our progress.
I have cellulite. I get bloated. I’m not as thin as I want to be. The list goes on…
BUT I am strong. I am capable. I choose to do the hard thing and push myself in the gym. I encourage others to get healthy.
