Let’s Make Rum Cake

Rum Cake Recipe 👇🏾

3 cups of Cake Flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

3 Sticks of Butter

3 Cups of Sugar

1 cup of Buttermilk

5 Large Eggs

Vanilla Extract ( I don’t measure vanilla)

5 to 6 drops of Buttered Rum Oil. Can use rum extract as well. If using rum it’s 1/2 cup.

Glaze :

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

2Tablespoon Melted Butter

Vanilla Extract

1 to 2 Tablespoons of Eggnog. More or less depends how thick you like your glaze. Mix until smooth. #rumcake #bakingathome
