Would rate them 12/10 if I could! We stayed here just last week and loved it very much. I would definitely stay here again next time as well (and you know, I be going to Japan almost twice a year now) Highly recommended by even my Japanese friend, who works in the hotels industry. We would choose this over some of the bigger names in five star hotels in Osaka.
People often sleep on Courtyard by Marriott, but this one in Osaka Honmachi has excellent service and comfortable rooms and not to mention there’s a free onsen!!! When I say there’s good service I mean that as soon as you pick up the phone, someone will answer and if you request they bring something to your room they will be there in a minute. I don’t even expect them to be there that quickly but they do it anyway because that’s just their standards and I appreciate them so much. This is the perfect hotel for someone who appreciates comfort, but is also planning to stay out and go sightseeing all day long.
We had the breakfast just one morning and it was quite delicious with so many different options. As you can see, I tried to fill up my plate with many different things and I did finish absolutely everything. OK, maybe not everything because the omelette was a little too big 😅
