Snowstorm = No Barbell Bugs at the gym 🙌🏾 Barbell Bugs are the gym bros who HOG the barbell stand for longer than 20 mins.
I wish more people would be considerate at the gym, especially smaller ones. I could be doing RDLs on the barbell, but bc my condo gym only has 2 stands, I choose to use dumbbells to allow others the chance to use the barbell. Did I mentioned that my building only has 3 benches too? 🤦🏾♀️ Everyone ends up lining up to use the bench and/or barbell.
Moral of the rant: if your gym is small or busy, try not to hog a machine longer than 20 mins
