Snack Time🌱

Back in May of 2024, I visited Cades Cove. During our visit to Cades Cove we took Rich Mount Road out of the loop. This road in Cades Cove is not always open, depending on the weather, so my husband and I had not been on it before. We usually visit in the winter and it’s typically closed. Since we visited during spring, it was open and we decided to try it out. It was quite the trip but it was beautiful. This road takes you out of the Cades Cove Loop and drops you back in Townsend.

While on our trip down Rich Mount Road, we came across this little guy having a snack. He was hanging on the side of the road and I was able to (safely) snap a few pictures out the window of the truck. I haven’t been able to get such an up close picture of bears yet so I was super excited to get these. 🐻🌱
