Simple Raspberry Tea Recipe 🫖🍓🍍

And it’s so delicious! This is how I make my raspberry leaf tea - this is the pitcher method which makes it easier for me to drink everyday! You can definitely drink the tea hot and by itself, but it’s sunny and iced tea is just better ;) I add some juice for some sweetness and I’ve heard cranberry and pineapple juice are also great for birth prep. Hope you try this simple recipe if you’re in the 3rd trimester and wanting to prep your body for labor!

Disclaimer: you can ask your doctor when you should start drinking this tea. It should just soften your cervix, but some believe it induces labor so do what you think is best! Some women drink it all throughout 3rd tri, some wait until 37 weeks. Make an informed decision that’s right for you! 🫶
