Wearing the right clothing also played a big role. I found that high-waisted shorts and skirts paired with platforms or heels helped elongate my legs visually. It’s all about highlighting what makes your body special rather than comparing it to conventional standards. Another important aspect is the mindset shift. Instead of fixating on what I thought was wrong, I started celebrating small wins and progress in my fitness journey. Following hashtags like #summerbod and communities focused on body positivity inspired me to keep going and accept myself for who I am. For anyone else struggling with similar feelings about their legs, my advice is to transform both physically and mentally.
