Why Cardio Is Important

I have made the important decision to prioritize my health so I can be there for my son, who will turn 14 this February, and for my family. As I approach my 53rd birthday in June, I recognize how crucial it is to be actively involved in my son’s life and support him as he grows into a young man.

This commitment is not just about me; it’s about being the father he deserves. I pray for the strength to continue fulfilling my responsibilities and to live up to the purpose God has set for me.
