oh my dear, it's so hard to get out of survival mode. but it's doable! self-compassion, real self-care, giving yourself a lot of grace, and remembering to talk to yourself ("why do I feel this way, when was the last time I felt this?") are huge components to guiding yourself out of it. you got this dearie 💜💜
