How to Make an Icecream Sandcastle! 🏖️
Ingredients:
-2 tubs ice-cream, one smaller than the other
-1 large package golden Oreos
-sugar cones
-cup cones
-corn syrup or honey
-white chocolate melts
-flag toothpicks

Directions:
Note- Freeze the ice-cream in a deep freezer overnight the day before making.
1. In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
2. Brush corn syrup onto the sugar cones and roll in the cookie crumbs until well coated. (You can stack several cones together to make them taller.)
3. Melt the chocolate according to package directions, then pour into a shell mold. Chill until set.
4. Stack together the tubs of ice-cream, then cover in the cookie crumbs. Add the sugar cones around the bottom and on top on the icecream stack. Decorate with the chocolate sea shells and flag toothpicks.
Be sure to freeze until ready to serve!
