Today, I’m Thankful for the Blessings I Cannot Buy 🤍
Today, I am deeply thankful.
Not because every day is perfect. Not because life has always been easy. Not because I have all the answers.
I am thankful because I woke up.
I woke up with another chance to breathe, another chance to love, another chance to become softer, stronger, wiser, and more present than I was yesterday.
Today, I am thankful for my family.
For the people who make my life feel full. For the laughter in the house, the little voices, the conversations, the hugs, the memories being created in ordinary moments that may one day mean everything. Family is not always perfect, but love is still one of the greatest gifts we are given. I do not take that for granted.
I am thankful for life.
For every lesson that stretched me. For every season that taught me how to keep going. For every moment that tried to break me but showed me how much strength I carry inside. I am thankful for the woman I am becoming through it all.
I am thankful for the air in my lungs.
For the quiet miracle of breathing without having to think about it. For the morning light coming through the window. For water. For food. For rest. For the ability to move my body. For the small things that are easy to overlook until life reminds us that they are never small.
I am thankful for my health.
For every day my body carries me. For the strength to get up, work, care for the people I love, dream bigger, and keep choosing myself. My body deserves gratitude, patience, nourishment, and kindness. It has carried me through so much.
Today, I am choosing to pause.
To stop looking at what I do not have for a moment and honor what is already here. Love is here. Life is here. Breath is here. Another day is here.
And that is enough to make my heart grateful.
May we never become so busy chasing the next thing that we forget to thank life for the things we once prayed for.
What are you thankful for today?
