• Sakura Chicken Poached Rice (Liu Wei Broth) – chicken pao fan style dish, broth was collagen-rich and comforting. ★ 7/10
• 8hr Braised Iberico Rice – sounded promising, but some pieces of pork were way too tough. ★ 6/10
• Crispy Skin Barramundi – fish was well-cooked, but the sauce lacked punch. ★ 6.5/10
• Seared Beef Striploin – unfortunately the weakest dish. Meat was dry and chewy. ★ 4/10
