Hi Lemon8! I’m [Your Name] 🌿 the heart behind She Soaks 🛁 — a little passion project that grew from my own healing journey.

She Soaks was born during some of the most challenging seasons of my life — navigating PMDD and medically induced menopause. In the middle of it all, I found comfort in ritual: slowing down, running a bath, and letting the mineral salts + herbs hold space for me. ✨

What started as a way to soothe my own body and mind grew into something I now get to share with you:
