• 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
• For serving:
• Fresh lettuce leaves (such as butter lettuce or iceberg)
• Optional: crispy rice noodles for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and chili garlic sauce. Set aside.
2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
