I was refused a workplace tour because of my disability.
I refuse to take a workplace tour.
I still can't forget the day when Hello Work told me that.
The reason is "because I have hypersensitivity to hearing."
It seems that the workplace was a job that used a computer while doing sales by phone.
It may have been difficult considering the job description.
Still, I was very shocked that I could not even take a tour of the workplace before actually seeing it and judging it.
At that time,
"I wonder if the possibility disappears just by having a disability."
I remember being depressed.
However, this experience is also one of the important events that make me now.

障害を理由に職場見学が断られた経験は、精神的なダメージが大きく、自分の可能性を見つめ直すきっかけにもなりました。特に聴覚過敏のような感覚過敏は、一般の職場環境で配慮されにくく、電話営業やパソコン作業が必要な職場では難しい場合があります。私も同様の経験を通じて感じたのは、単に障害の有無だけでなく、その人の特性に応じた適切な職場選びと配慮が重要だということです。 転職活動中に職場見学ができないのは、実際の職場の環境や雰囲気を知る大事な機会を失うことを意味し、不安や孤立感を助長します。私の場合、最初は障害が可能性を閉ざしてしまうのかと落ち込みましたが、その後ブログを通じて同じ悩みを持つ人や家族と情報交換することができ、前向きになることができました。 障害者の就労支援を受ける際は、ハローワークや支援機関としっかり連携し、自分の特性や困難さを詳しく説明することが大切です。また、合理的配慮がなされる職場を探し、職場見学や体験を積極的に求めることで、ミスマッチを減らせます。 私の経験から言うと、発達障害や聴覚過敏の特性をオープンにしながらも、その特性を活かせる職場を見つける努力を諦めないことが大事です。今はブログで私が経験した試練や学びを共有することで、同じ境遇の人たちが勇気を持ち、適切な職場を見つけられるお手伝いができればと願っています。
