Drink Your Skincare: My Go To Skin Health Smoothie ✨

This smoothie is basically drinkable skin care! It's loaded with antioxidants from the Mediterranean fruit mix and the fresh beets, and collagen boosting grapefruit. Add in the healthy fats from the avocado, and you've got everything I need to glow from the inside out!

Ingredients 🛒:

• 1 cup frozen mangoes

• 1 can coconut milk

• 4 small red bananas

• 1 grapefruit, peeled

• 1 avocado, peeled

• 1 pack organic mediterranean red fusion smoothie mix

• 1 apple, sliced

• 1 cup spinach

• 1 beet, chopped

• 2 cups ice (optional)

Directions 👩‍🍳:

1️⃣ Chop beets, avocado, and apple.

2️⃣ Add all ingredients to your blender, with the milk as the first ingredient.

3️⃣ Blend on high until smooth.

4️⃣ Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!!

I don’t really buy into the whole detox thing because our liver literally detox, our bodies. If you don’t have any health complications, you don’t need to detox you liver. However, I will always buy into the propaganda that your skin care is a reflection of what you eat. When Kourtney Kardas
