Zucchini and Sweet Corn Farro with Basil and Spinach Pesto I just love fresh local zucchini and sweet corn together. I always try to find new fun ways to put them together each summer, so with some fresh basil and the last of the summer veggies on hand, I decided to make a fresh pesto and roaste
