Healthy Energy Boosting Juice Recipes

These are a few of my favorite energy boosting juice recipes, and they are all super delicious! For most beneficial results, drink your juice immediately after making. Once it sits and starts to oxidize, you lose a lot of your nutrients. My all time favorite is the green machine!

What’s your favorite juice order?

Heart Healthy Beet Juice:

Ingredients:

1/2 of an apple

1 large carrot

Half of a beet root (peeled)

Quarter of a lemon (no rind)

Small thumb of ginger (peeled)

Directions:

1. Wash all produce first, then juice one at a time. Pour through a fine mesh strainer.

2. Gently stir juice and enjoy immediately

The Ginger Zinger:

Ingredients:

2 Granny Smith apples

Thumb of fresh ginger

1/3 of a lemon (no rind)

Water

Coconut water

1. In a juicer, juice your apples, ginger, and lemon one at a time. Then pour through a fine mesh strainer.

2. Fill your cup 2/3 of the way with juice, and the rest with coconut water.

3. Add ice and garnish with a little lemon slice, enjoy!

Green Machine:

Ingredients:

1 packed cup fresh spinach

1/2 green apple

1/2 cucumber

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2-1 cup coconut water

Directions:

1. Juicing one at a time, apple, cucumber, spinach. Pour through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in your lemon juice, and coconut water. Enjoy immediately

Orange-Carrot Juice:

Ingredients:

1 large orange (without the rind)

1 medium carrot (cut into large chunks)

1/2-1inch piece of ginger (peeled)

1/2 cup coconut water

Directions:

1. Add the orange, carrot, and ginger to a juicer, juicing one at a time.

2. Pour over a fine mesh strainer and mix with coconut water, and serve immediately.
