GUYS ITS REAL! Im telling you I thought I was doomed- my family has a long line of health issues and not being able to lose weight. I tried to eat as little as possible to stop gaining weight. IM TELLING YOU IF YOU ARE HUNGRY EAT! It is not worth it to not your body will be messed up forever after!
