While 2-in-1 products seem convenient, most people don’t apply enough to actually reach the labeled SPF level. moisturizer is for hydration, sunscreen is for protection.

In summers, UV levels can be intense—even on cloudy days. That’s why using a dedicated, broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) is a must.

Here’s the best routine:

1. Apply your moisturizer

2. Let it absorb

3. Follow with a generous layer of sunscreen

Bonus tip: Reapply every 2 hours if you’re outside!
