Breastfeeding Journey
Listen, learning how to breastfeed this past month and going on month two has been wild. I try not to give up or say forget it but…now I feel like I can’t stop. So I keep pushing even when I don’t pump as much as I should I just nurse. And I try not to beat myself up about it. But it’s just a lot especially when this is my third baby. #breastfeedingmoms #sahm #breastfeedingjourney
Breastfeeding can be an emotional and physical rollercoaster, especially for new mothers or those who are returning to it with subsequent children. It's crucial to understand that nursing challenges are common, including issues like low milk supply or difficulty latching. Resources like local breastfeeding groups or online forums can provide support and tips, making the journey feel less isolating. The key is to remain patient and to seek help when needed, whether through lactation consultants or community support. Embracing the journey means celebrating small victories, like successful nursing sessions or increased milk output, and reminding ourselves that every experience is unique.
