On the flip side, I try to limit sugary foods and excessive dairy, as these can sometimes trigger breakouts and increased sebum production, making pores appear larger. Staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water is also crucial for skin elasticity and overall health, which indirectly supports pore minimization. For those particularly concerned about nose pores and clogged pores, I have a few extra tips. The skin on our nose tends to be oilier and prone to blackheads. Regular, gentle exfoliation is key here.
