[Chinese Soba Uchinome]

Last Thursday, on my way back from Niigata City, I stopped by a popular shop 🚪

When I arrived at 11: 45, I had to wait 30 minutes 😱

I was worried about "soy sauce" and "salt," but I ordered "chicken and duck soup stock soy sauce soba ❗️

The soup stock came out well, "Special char siu" was also delicious, and it was flattened 😅
