Tomorrow is my final day of Whole30 and I have to say I can’t wait! Made delicious (looking) cookies today and can’t even eat them (yet!)!

It’s been a positive experience and helped me focus on Whole Foods and healthy eating. I have missed some foods like cottage cheese and yogurt, and bread.

But I’m proud of myself for following through !! I’m going to continue choosing healthy foods while also incorporating other foods.
