Done with Whole30

Went out to dinner tonight and let loose a little - still chose a healthier option at the Mexican restaurant! Completed the whole30!

The Whole30 made me appreciate Whole Foods more and focus on protein. I felt more satisfied and energetic. So happy I made it!

I lost 11 lbs on Whole30. My clothes feel different and my body feels different.

While I’m done with Whole30, I’m still going to focus on:

1. Keeping my protein up!

2. Choosing healthier options and remaining in a calorie deficit

3. Exercising and building muscle

I’d like to lose another 30-40 lbs. I’ll get there!!
