Even a therapist can only do so much. It's a choice to take the tools provided to you and apply them daily. But when you say "I can heal him" you automatically step out of being a wife to a mom.

He doesn't have to figure anything out and you are there for every problem and issue. Fixing everything for him because you like to "give". Only to find out years later he's basically the same and now you've grown resentment.
