These breaks act as mental resets, making serious tasks feel less daunting and more manageable. Adding music storytelling sessions and light games such as ball toss or bowling with ring toss helps to keep the atmosphere light; it’s a reminder that productivity and playfulness don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
