We grew up hoping to have "there."
But no one has ever taught us that every being has
It means counting down to "none."
In the Buddha's teachings, he taught the simplest, but in the deepest,
Everything is all noon - vanity.
When you hold on, you suffer - every cell.
And indeed, nothing belongs to us.
The word "ours"
Perhaps the word that hurts us the most in life.
Parents are not ours.
The lover is not ours.
Even this body is not truly ours.
We've only "borrowed" everything in a moment. ⏳
The pain is not caused by donkeys.
But it stems from us wanting that to last forever.
We want parents not to get old.
Want friends not to change
Want love to not end
Want happiness not to disappear
But the world never stops spinning for anyone. 🌏
Think about it...
If today was the last day we talked to someone,
Will we still choose to be quiet?
Will still keep an apology because of dignity?
Still going to turn the day to say love again? 💔
Sometimes the understanding of "separation"
Doesn't make us desperate.
But it makes us more gentle.
Gentle with time.
Gentle with relationships.
Be gentle with your own heart. 🤲🏻
Knowing that everything is unstable,
We'll hold tighter.
Speak better.
Forgive faster.
And love without waiting too late. 🤍
Non-attachment
Doesn't mean no love.
But love, knowing that... one day it must end
And when the day really comes to leave,
At least we won't regret that.

ในชีวิตจริง เราทุกคนต่างเคยประสบกับการพลัดพราก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจากลาในรูปแบบใดก็ตาม เช่น การเดินทางไกลจากครอบครัว เพื่อนย้ายไปที่ใหม่ หรือแม้กระทั่งการสูญเสียคนที่เรารัก สิ่งเหล่านี้สอนให้เราเข้าใจว่าความไม่เที่ยงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตและถือเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญที่ช่วยให้เราเติบโตทางจิตใจ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว เมื่อฉันเผชิญกับการจากลาเพื่อนสนิทที่ย้ายถิ่นฐาน มันเป็นความรู้สึกเจ็บปวดและว่างเปล่าที่ค่อนข้างท้าทายใจ แต่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป ฉันเริ่มเข้าใจคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าที่กล่าวไว้ว่า ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างไม่มีความเที่ยง ทุกสิ่งล้วนขึ้นอยู่กับการเปลี่ยนแปลง และเราต้องรักโดยไม่ยึดติด เพื่อเตรียมใจให้พร้อมกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ การยอมรับว่าผู้คนไม่ใช่ของเราจริง ๆ แต่เราเป็นเพียงผู้ร่วมเดินทางในเส้นทางชีวิตของกันและกัน ช่วยให้ฉันเรียนรู้ที่จะรักอย่างมีสติ ไม่ใช่เพื่อครอบครอง แต่เพื่อให้ความรักนั้นมีคุณค่าและงอกงามในเวลาที่เรามี นอกจากนี้ยังคำนึงถึงการให้อภัยและการพูดคำดี ๆ ต่อกัน เพราะไม่น่าแน่ใจว่าเราจะมีโอกาสได้พูดคุยหรืออยู่ด้วยกันอีกเมื่อไหร่ อีกส่วนที่สำคัญคือการดูแลตัวเองและหัวใจของเราในช่วงเวลาที่ต้องเผชิญกับความพลัดพราก การเปิดใจรับความรู้สึกเจ็บปวดอย่างเต็มที่และไม่ปฏิเสธความเหงา ช่วยให้เราได้เรียนรู้และเติบโต ในขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นการเตือนใจว่า เราควรรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับคนรอบข้างด้วยความรักและความอ่อนโยนที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว การจากลาไม่ได้หมายความว่าความรักจะสิ้นสุดลง ความทรงจำและความรักที่มีต่อกันจะยังคงอยู่ในหัวใจ ช่วยให้เราสามารถก้าวเดินต่อไปได้อย่างเข้มแข็งและมีความหมาย แม้ต้องเผชิญกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงอันหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ของชีวิตก็ตาม ดังนั้นการเรียนรู้และเข้าใจเรื่องการพลัดพรากคือเส้นทางหนึ่งที่ทำให้เราสามารถมีชีวิตอย่างมีสติ เห็นคุณค่าของทุกช่วงเวลาที่มี และเป็นการรักที่ไม่ประมาท เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความเสียใจในอนาคตว่า "รู้อย่างนี้ น่าจะรักให้ดีกว่านี้"
