I HATE getting up at 5am to Workout 😩
But I do it!
Mainly because working out makes me feel so confident in myself.
Working out helps me stay so much more productive throughout the day
Getting up at 5am, no matter what, helps me stay discipline
And let me tell you, the closer you get to 35 the harder it is to keep your weight off so it’s good to start early and remain consistent!
I find that HITT workout help me tone and lose weight but everyone has to find what works for their body
