Things I'm Doing to get Back On Track After Vacay🏃🏻‍♀️

12k Steps A Day🏃🏻‍♀️: This used to be 10k steps, but as I just came back from Japan, I realized how easily I would surprise 15k steps a day and how normal it is to do that in many other places in the world. That gave me not only motivation but a reason to not have an excuse on not hitting 10k steps. It is possible if you do about 1 hour and a half of walking a day! (Just spread it throughout your day and it's easy!)

Stretch, Pilates, or Barre🧘‍♀️: Just something that is healthy and works your muscles! Helps with giving a more toned look!

Sauna 15 Min🔥: This gets rid of toxins in the body and can also help with inflammation! Definitely a must for health!

Reading a chapter in the morning📖: This honestly just gives me a peace of mind, especially if it is an inspirational book that can help towards my future. I start my day with a clearer head and with a motive!

Hearty Breakfast☕️: You guys know I was intermittent fasting. But i've been doing it for over a year now, and I want to change things up! It's really good to do that when you've been doing the same thing for a while. It helps get out of plateaus!
