Following the intuitively eating lifestyle can be hard, but having a bad relationship with food is harder. 🫣

Once you get the hang of intuitively eating, you'll never go back. Here are some tips that can help you successfully intuitively eat:

• don't fixate on how much or how little you've eaten (your body has a way of regulating throughout the week and you'll be hungrier or less hungry on different days)

• be mindful of eating balanced meals (not just snacking around)

• eat slower and be in tune of when you are satisfied, not uncomfortably full

• it's okay to not finish your plate or to finish your whole plate and want more.

• i also wanted to mention that intermittent fasting is great to stay in shape as well! i've noticed a significant amount of fat loss but intermittent fasting AND working out fasted early in the mornings!
