For breakfast, I enjoy eggs on toast topped with tomatoes and rosemary, paired with a quick-cook oatmeal option that satisfies my sweet tooth with maple and brown sugar flavor while keeping calories low. Lunch often features turkey sausage, cottage cheese, and green beans, combined with a refreshing mixed berry protein snack to keep my energy levels high. I always prioritize hydration and often use a protein water to quench my thirst and replenish my body. For dinner, I treat myself to homemade high-protein chicken enchiladas, which not only delight my taste buds but also provide substantial protein to assist in recovery. Snacks are equally important, and I love Oikos Pro yogurt for an easy protein boost without added sugars. Tracking macros is key to my success, with totals often reaching around 147g of protein and staying within 1724 calories. Implementing a caloric deficit while enjoying nutritious, satisfying meals has helped me make sustainable changes. Performing regular meal prep has also increased my consistency, allowing me to maintain my progress while enjoying the foods I love.
