🏃🏻‍♀️10k steps is going to increase your daily expenditure which will give you just a little more room to enjoy foods you love! It also promotoes fat loss! It doesn't matter how you get your steps done, just enjot the process! The more you run the bigger your appetite will be so be careful!

🏋🏻‍♀️Weight Training is what is going to build your muscle, help your metabolism, and ultimately give you that toned look!

🧘‍♀️Low impact workouts are super beneficial for women as we are a little more sensitive when it comes down to our hormones. This keeps your muscles working without putting stress on the body! (I only do low impact during my period!)

🥗Following the 80/20 rule means having 80% of your week be healthy mindful choice while 20% is your indulgences. This mindset helps you not feel restricted and still enjoy life! As long as the majority of your week is following better food choices, you'll get results!
