How to Achieve my Current Physique🧘‍♀️

I'm going to explain why I did everything in the order I did:

Starting off with the first year being strength training lower body & pilates for at least a year.

• Strength training will help build muscle in that thicker physique and aid in that "toned look". Pilates will occupy in strengthening all the rest of your muscles not worked during lower body days AND will give your upper body is daintier physique!

Walking 10k steps:

• This one should be done for life to help aid in toned look and fat loss!

High Protein:

• Helps to build muscle and satiate you!

Switching lower body to barre/pilates:

• This will help you slim out a little more. You can stay doing strength training lower if you want, but for me I wanted to keep slimming down and I felt like lifting heavy in my lower body was preventing that from giving that look since I hold a lot of fat in my legs!
