How to: achieve a split!
Want to work toward a split?
Consistency and patience are key! I start with deep lunges to warm up and open the hip flexors. Then I move into a hamstring stretch to lengthen the backs of my legs-no rushing here, just breathing through the tension.
Finally, I sink into Pigeon Pose, which targets the hips and helps release any tightness holding me back. I stay present, listen to my body, and honor where I’m at each day. Progress comes with time, so keep showing up and stretching with intention.
